Welcome to Mezetaki Pretoria, a delightful Mediterranean dining destination nestled in Hazelwood, Pretoria. Located at 27 Maroelana St, this restaurant is a true haven for lovers of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. As I stepped inside, I was immediately enamored by the inviting ambiance and warm atmosphere, which set the stage for a memorable culinary experience.
Mezetaki is not just a restaurant; it's a gastronomic adventure. With a menu rich in fresh and flavorful dishes, diners are encouraged to indulge in the joy of sharing. This is reflected in customer reviews, with many praising the wide variety of dishes that invite exploration on each visit. One standout feature of Mezetaki Pretoria is its commitment to customer service. The feedback from patrons like Riz Khan and Hedley Judd highlights this, as they appreciate the warm engagement and dedication to ensuring every meal is enjoyable.
Another gem in this culinary treasure trove is the on-site deli. This additional feature allows guests to take home a piece of Mezetaki, perfect for those wanting to savor their favorites long after dining. As Douglas Ulyate noted, the experience transcends a typical meal, making it an adventure worth repeating.
For those celebrating special occasions, the restaurant offers a private room, as experienced by Mantshabele Ntshabele for her birthday. Completing the welcoming atmosphere, guests are encouraged to make the space their own with personal decorations, making every visit unique and personal.
Whether you're planning a casual dinner with friends, a celebration, or a romantic evening, Mezetaki Pretoria offers an engaging dining experience complemented by its excellent selection of drinks, including a chilled white wine that many reviews have specified.

Lovely Greek / Mediterranean food, fresh tasty and enjoyable and very ideal for those thatlike sharing. Setting is adequate for the area. The deli is a great add to the setup. They have a very well seasoned team with a very helpful and supportive management team. Very engaged with the client to make your experience memorable one. A wide variety of dishes on the menu needs a few visits, but it's actually an enjoyable environment to sit back and have a flow of small platters come through to accompany the wide selection of drinks.

We had a great time at Mezetaki on Valentine's Day, service by Fadzi, Godwin and Sonja the Manager was excellent. Even picked up a few things at the Deli on the way out, that we enjoyed at home as well. We will be back!

I had the private room booked for my birthday. The space is enclosed, scenery and we were allowed to do our decor. Very welcoming, and friendly vibe. I would do it again. Even with the miscommunication we had, the energy of the place made up of it all. I love it.

Had lunch with family the food is to die for. There are so many options you can't go wrong with their Lamb Chops. The service was average . But you can get lost in their Deli. Overall very impressive . Worth the stop if you are in Pretoria.

There is no words for how amazing their food was, in particular their chicken wrap (Yiro). It was the most amazing wrap ive had in years! Honestly, i think a lot of restaurants can learn from them. The service was great as well, at every moment my glass was empty, the server was there ready to help, they continued to keep our table clean and continued to ask if we are still fine. But the food, omg, it was delicious! We had coffee upstairs at the place above where we wanted to eat, however, not only did they not cater for smokers, but the coffee (cuppaccinio) at West Cafe was horrible, so we moved to this Greek place and tried this one instead. What a great choice.
